Syarikat Air Negeri Sembilan (SAINS) Manhole Project

Taman Bukit Blossom has long been left unattended by local authorities with regards to basic upkeep. The SAINS (water) manhole was left exposed without proper covers, that ended up with garbage & water stagnation which also serves as breeding ground for mosquitoes !

With TBBRA's objective to make Taman Bukit Blossom a safer & cleaner area, we addressed this issue to SAINS.

We are positive with the strong and united front our Taman Bukit Blossom Residents Association has this will be resolved in a short span of time !


UPDATE: 28th April 2013

As we were having our 2nd AGM on the 27th April 2013, the contractors have addressed most of the manhole's. I was informed that the remaining effected ones will be rectified next week ! Another issue rectified !

TBBRA's Annual Report 2012/13, Statement of Account 2012/13, & Notice of 2nd AGM

The hard copies of the TBBRA Annual report 2012/13, Notice of 2nd AGM, Statement of Account 2012/13 and Minutes of 1st AGM 2012 had been disseminated to all the members of TBBRA on 12th April prior to the 2nd AGM to be held on 27th April.
If the TBBRA residents / members require a soft copy of these documents, you can download from TBBRA Annual Report & Docs.

Note: The download section is restricted to the registered TBBRA member only. To access the download section, the member needs a valid gmail account for time being to access the Google Drive with access authorization permitted by TBBRA. We apologize for the inconvenient caused and we hope the download section could be improved in due course to non gmail account holder of TBBRA member in the short future.

 

Guard Tour System in Taman Bkt Blossom

Dear Residents,

The Guard Tour System is implemented sucessfully in our Taman.

"Effective last week, we have implemented a Guard Tour System whereby the security guards are required to patrol and tag in/clock in at 9 fixed points in our Taman at an interval of one hour at night after 10pm to 7am and every two-three hours before 10pm. With this system, we can now ensure that the Guard patrols are carried out timely." said by Mr Too, Secretary of TBBRA.
