Important Notice - Security Programme

Dear Members and Residents of Taman Bukit Blossom,

We are pleased to announce that the security guards will start guarding and patrolling our neighbourhood at 7.00 a.m. on 1^st February, 2013.

Accordingly, kindly take note of the following:-

1.                Only vehicles with valid TBBRA sticker will not need to register themselves at the guardhouse when entering and exiting our neighbourhood.

2.         Visitors and vehicles without valid TBBRA sticker will need to go through security check and registration at the guardhouse. The driver of such vehicle is required to state his/her purpose of entering our neighbourhood together with his/her driving license for the security guard on duty to take down his/her particulars in addition to the registration number of the vehicle. The security guards are not allowed to retain any driving license or identity card.

3.         A serialized visitor pass will be issued to the visitor upon registration and the visitor pass must be displayed on the dashboard of the vehicle at all times.

4.         Visitors on foot are also required to register themselves at the guardhouse. A special visitor tag will be issued to them.

5.         There will be a penalty of RM25-00 imposed on the visitor for lost visitor pass.  

6.         The guardhouse contact number in case of any emergency will be provided to all residents in due course.

7.         Proper security barriers and barricades will be put in place once formal approval is given by Majlis Perbandaran Seremban. Attached, please find the plan showing the guardhouse and the position of the temporary barriers for reference.

To avoid unnecessary hassle, kindly apply and obtain the sticker for your vehicle(s) BEFORE  1^st February, 2013.

As this is something very new to everyone of us, we sincerely hope for your kind understanding, cooperation and patience to allow the new security system to run for sometime to enable us to find out and resolve any technical issues or teething problems. We will try our very best to review, tune and make necessary adjustment to the security system as and when necessary.

Walk Around - MeetThe Residents

Today, TBBRA committees started the walk around in the Taman from 4:30pm till 7:00pm to greet and meet the residents, circulate the car Sticker Application Form, discuss and getting feedback from the residents who have not responded to the "Security Consent Form". As a summary, it was a fruitful "walk" and more residents are giving their support and consent to our "Guarded Security Programme".   At this moment, we have received more than 70% of "Consent Response" to support the programme, and we are hopeful the 85% consent response will be achieved very soon to enable TBBRA kick start the "Guarded Security Programme" application with relevant authorities i.e. Majlis Perbandaran Seremban .etc. The TBBRA committee will continue the efforts and strive to achieve the goal of having "Guarded Security Neighbourhood" in our Taman in a very short future ......

 

CAR STICKER 2012 - 2013

All Residents,

Please be informed the Car Sticker for all Taman Bukit Blossom residents is available now for application.  The objective of car sticker is for every resident in our taman to be able to identify and be sure that the vehicle entering, idling or passing by in the neighbourhood is having a VALID sticker and belongs to one of the resident and not outsiders/ intruders. If any resident notices a vehicle without the valid car sticker, the resident may be able to pay close attention/ be on the alert on the details of the vehicle.

For the safety, security & peace of all residents, upon implementation of the guarded neighbourhood, vehicles without the valid car sticker will have to be registered with the security guardhouse before entering our Taman. This will deter unwanted vehicles trespassing Tmn Bkt Blossom.

Before issuance of Car Sticker, all residents have to submit the Car Sticker Application form for processing to House No. 2101.

The Terms & Conditions of the Car Sticker Application is as follow;

• Every TBBRA member will be issued 2 stickers free-of-charge while Non-TBBRA member will be issued 1 sticker free-of-charge.
• Member & non-members can request any number of stickers for cars in the Taman but additional stickers will cost RM3.00 each.
• The car numbers has to be stated in the applications and these numbers will be written onto the stickers by the committee.
• Preferable the payment for additional stickers to be submitted together with the application form.
• The Car Sticker is valid from now till end of year 2013.

Guarded Neighbourhood - Securing Ourselves, Loved Ones and Our Property

Dear Resident,

TBBRA is embarking the most important program " Guarded Neighbourhood - Securing Ourselves, Loved Ones and Our Property ", and to proceed this program, the resident consent is the mandatory requirement. Please fill up the "Consent Response" Form and Submit to the Secretariat by 19th November 2012 ( Send To : 2010 Taman Bkt Blossom).
